Project and support details

Website projects

Projects start with a written scope and a 50% deposit, with the balance due before launch. Two consolidated revision rounds are included, plus 30 days of fixes for issues caused by the delivered work. New requests outside the agreed scope are priced before work begins. Domains and platform accounts stay in your name.

Monthly support

Monthly support is tailored to your website and agreed update needs. The written agreement confirms the scope, request frequency, and delivery expectations before support begins. Website Care includes a scheduled monthly check and short summary. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted for approval. Requests are acknowledged within two business days; completion timing is confirmed for each task. Support is scheduled during business days and excludes emergency coverage. Major features, new pages, and redesigns are quoted separately.
